Personalized Coaching Advice

If you are about to start coaching your first-ever youth sports team, you’ve come to the right place.

That unfamiliar, nervous energy you feel bubbling inside you is strange isn’t it? A mixture of being overwhelmed, anxious and daunted by what’s to come. But you also feel excitement, joy and pure happiness to be working with kids and doing your bit for the community.

But wouldn’t it be nice to sit down and talk to somebody right about now who knows exactly what you’re feeling? Somebody who knows how to handle the firsts…the first practice, the first game, first parent meeting, first complaint, etc…

It would sure help ease the anxiety and allow you to sleep easier, right?

I wish I was given the opportunity to have this conversation.

It would have saved me time in developing mediocre training plans, decreased my stress levels before any practice or game and it certainly would have helped me gain the confidence to coach the way I knew was right for the kids without being influenced by outside distractions.

So I’m here to be your personal coach. That mentor to help you navigate the early obstacles you’ll face.
